hello doctor, i am 42 yrs. old single and a gay, i keep on urinating and can t hold on for a longer time and sometimes i felt a sharp pain and stay for a little bit longer and can t move coz the more i move the pain become more stronger... and sometimes my discharges have smell..

If you have a discharge, it is advisable to have an urologist evaluation to get a swap from it and evaluate for Clamydia or any STD.
